Capoderose, 4, 87100 Cosenza (CS) IT, as the Data Controller (following "Beez S.r.l.," "Beez," or "Controller," https://www.beez.network/), considers privacy and the protection of personal data to be one of the primary objectives of its business. This document has been prepared in accordance with Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (following: "Regulation" or "GDPR") to allow you to understand our policy on the processing of personal data. We encourage you to read it carefully before providing any personal data. These Information, or Privacy Policy, are provided for the website www.beez.network (following "Site") and are an integral part of the services offered through the same. The processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, and will be aimed at ensuring the integrity and confidentiality.

1. Data Controller and Data Processor

2. Personal Data Subject to Processing
As a result of browsing the Site, we inform you that Beez will process personal data, which may consist of an identifier such as name, surname, and email address in order to make the data subject identifiable (following "Personal Data"). The Personal Data processed includes the following:
2.1. Browsing Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but due to its nature, it could allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the Site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the Site and to ensure its proper operation, to enable the correct provision of the services, for security reasons, and for ascertaining liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site or third parties. These data are generally deleted after seven days.
2.2. Personal Data Voluntarily Provided by the Site User
The Site offers users the opportunity to voluntarily and entirely optionally provide personal data through, for example, requests for information or the use of forms and contact forms, or by sending email messages to the addresses indicated on the Site.

3. Purpose of Processing, Legal Basis, and Mandatory or Optional Nature of Data Provision
Your Personal Data may be processed by Beez, with your consent where necessary, for the following purposes:
a. With your prior consent, to carry out marketing activities, such as conducting surveys and market research, including online surveys, and sending you informative materials regarding activities, products, and services ("Marketing"). Such communications may be made via email. Please note that the Controller collects a single consent for Marketing purposes in accordance with the General Provisions of the Italian Data Protection Authority on "Guidelines on Promotional Activities and Counteracting Spam," issued on July 4, 2013, and under Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation. In any case, if you wish to object to the processing of your Personal Data for Marketing purposes, you may do so at any time by contacting the Controller at the contact details indicated in the "Contact" section of this Privacy Policy or through the unsubscribe mechanism found in the footer of commercial emails, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on your consent prior to revocation. Please note that you can also object to the use of some of the contact methods used (selective opt-out). The provision of your Personal Data for these purposes is entirely optional and does not affect the provision of services. However, if you object to processing for Marketing purposes, you will not receive Marketing communications.
b. To prevent fraud and abuse in the use of the Site and to enable Beez to defend its legitimate rights and interests ("Abuse/Fraud"). This processing is based on Beez's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation to prevent and detect fraudulent or potentially illegal activities and to allow Beez to defend itself in court.
c. For statistical purposes, without the ability to identify the data subject ("Statistics"). This activity does not involve the processing of Personal Data since Beez cannot identify the data subject.

4. Recipients of Personal Data
Beez shares your Personal Data with the following categories of recipients ("Recipients"):
- Persons authorized by Beez: these are employees and collaborators of Beez who have signed a confidentiality agreement and specific rules for the processing of your Personal Data.
- Data Processors of Beez.
- Law enforcement agencies or other competent authorities: this happens, for example, when Beez must comply with a court order, a legal obligation, or when it is necessary for the defense of the Controller in court. Please note that this Privacy Policy is not intended for the processing activities carried out by third-party websites accessible through the links on the Site. We encourage you to consult the privacy policies published on those websites.

5. Transfer of Personal Data
Beez may transfer some of your Personal Data to Recipients who may be located outside the European Economic Area. Beez ensures that the processing of your Personal Data by these Recipients is carried out in compliance with the Regulation. Transfers may be based on an adequacy decision, on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or on another appropriate legal basis. 6. Retention of Personal Data
Personal Data processed for the purpose of providing the Services will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve those same purposes. In any case, since these are treatments carried out for the provision of services, Beez will process Personal Data until the time allowed by Italian law to protect its interests (Article 2946 of the Italian Civil Code and following). Personal Data processed for Marketing, Personalizing our services, and Soft Spam will be retained, as a general rule, until your consent is revoked. For more information on cookies, please refer to the Site's Cookie Policy. Personal Data processed for the purpose of complying with legal obligations will be retained for the time provided for by the specific obligation or applicable law. Your Personal Data processed for the purpose of Abuse/Fraud will be retained for the time necessary for the aforementioned purpose, and therefore until Beez is required to retain them to protect itself in court and to communicate said data to the competent authorities in the event of Abuse/Fraud. 7. Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects can exercise their rights as provided for in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). In particular, the data subject has the right to obtain the following information from the Controller:
7.1. Confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed.
7.2. In such cases, access to personal data and the following information:
• The purposes of the processing.
• The categories of personal data involved.
• The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations.
• Where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period.
• The existence of the right to request from the Controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject or to object to such processing.
• The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
• Where the personal data is not collected from the data subject, all available information about the data's source.
• The existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, at least in those cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject.
• The appropriate safeguards provided by the third country (non-EU) or international organization to protect the data transferred.
7.3. The right to obtain a copy of the personal data undergoing processing, provided that this does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others. In the case of further copies requested by the data subject, the Controller may charge a reasonable administrative fee based on administrative costs.
7.4. The right to obtain from the Controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them without undue delay.
7.5. The right to obtain from the Controller the erasure of personal data concerning them without undue delay if one of the grounds provided by the GDPR under Article 17 applies, including, for example, when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of the processing, or when the processing is considered unlawful, and provided that the conditions provided by law are met. In any case, the erasure request shall be assessed with regard to any legitimate overriding interest of the Controller. The data subject has the right to request the Controller to erase personal data concerning them without undue delay.
7.6. The right to obtain from the Controller the restriction of processing, in cases provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR, for example, where the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for the period necessary for the Controller to verify their accuracy. The data subject shall be informed, in a timely manner, even when the suspension period has ended or the cause of the processing restriction has ceased, and the restriction itself revoked.
7.7. The right to be informed by the Controller of the recipients to whom requests for any rectification or erasure or restriction of processing have been transmitted, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
7.8. The right to receive personal data concerning the data subject in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and the right to transmit such data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which it was provided, in cases provided for in Article 20 of the GDPR, and the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, if technically feasible. To ensure that the aforementioned rights are exercised by the Data Subject and not by unauthorized third parties, the Data Controller may request the Data Subject to provide any additional necessary information for this purpose.

The right to object (Article 21 GDPR)
For reasons related to the Data Subject's particular situation, the Data Subject may object at any time to the processing of their personal data if it is based on legitimate interest or if it is carried out for commercial promotion activities, by sending a request to the Data Controller at the address indicated in the preceding section. The Data Subject has the right to have their personal data deleted if there is no overriding legitimate reason for the Data Controller compared to the reason that gave rise to the request, and in any case if the Data Subject has objected to the processing for commercial promotion activities. The right to lodge a complaint (Article 15 GDPR)
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial action, the Data Subject may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the Italian territory (Italian Data Protection Authority) or with the authority that performs its tasks and exercises its powers in the Member State where the violation of the GDPR occurred. The possible entry into force of new sector-specific regulations, as well as the constant review and updating of services, may require changes to the methods and terms described in this Privacy Policy. Therefore, this document may undergo changes over time. We invite you to periodically consult this page. We will publish any changes to this Privacy Policy on this page, and if the changes are significant with respect to your rights and freedoms, we will provide further notification and contact you directly using the personal data held by Beez.
