More specifically, the Beez platform allows users to view the list of assets that have been uploaded to the system by all users, along with associated information such as the file name,
size, extension, creation date, owner's address, and any history of one or more transfers that have occurred. Additionally, users can determine if a transfer is in progress or if a
specific document is part of a collection of file
Should a user prefer not to share any information related to the asset they wish to upload, they can choose to select the 'private' option provided by Beez.
Designating one's files as private means utilizing an additional feature that allows the platform to function as a conventional shared file storage service
(e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive), with the added benefit of being able to upload assets permanently.
